We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you live further away? Send an email to: info@taadaa.shop

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your package will be shipped via PostNL between 1 and 3 working days. You will find the estimated arrival time in your order confirmation email. When your package has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code. It often takes another 1 working day before the delivery person is at your door.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If the package does not arrive on time, you can let us know via info@taadaa.shop and we will look for the package for you.

Exchange and Return

1. Is your purchase too big or too small? Then you can exchange it for another size. We also accept exchange for another item.

2. Items can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery.

3. The items must be in their original condition: Not washed or worn.

4. Put the items you want to exchange back in the original packaging.

5. Go to the exchange form and fill it in. Then we know that there will be a return and we will reserve your new item.

6. Then it can be returned by post. You have to pay the return costs yourself, but we pay the costs for shipping the new item.

7. We would like to receive the track & trace number of the return package, via info@taadaa.shop

8. When we have received the return, we will immediately send the new item to you.

Return

If exchange is really not possible, we are legally obliged to return products. But before you order, remember that the products are printed especially for you and there is a greater chance that the product will become waste if you return it. (Consider the environment). You may then, after completing the exchange form, return the product to the address below. Your money will be refunded when the package is returned to the Taadaa Shop.
